About Jet Hu
Jet Hu is a software developer who builds web and mobile apps. PrintSizer started from a recurring problem: most print calculators give you a number, but not the reasoning, the trade-offs, or the real-world result.
This site documents the formulas, shows worked examples, and tests print output in real life so you can make a confident decision before you order. Where something has not been tested, the site says so.
How the content is made
- Calculators are built in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript and run locally in the browser.
- Print-lab pages use physical prints from commercial print services, documented with photos and the test conditions.
- Results are limited to what was actually observed; viewing distances and materials that were not tested are not presented as facts.
- Corrections are welcome through the contact page.
Why a pen name?
Jet Hu is a pen name. The person behind the site prefers to keep personal details private while publishing practical, testable information under a consistent identity. The AdSense account and the legal operator details are held separately in Google's systems.
